Homefield Labs Inc. ("Homefield," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose personal information in connection with our website at homefield.so (the "Site").
Scope. This Policy applies only to the Site. It does not apply to the Homefield platform or to any data processed on behalf of our customers under a written customer agreement, which is governed by that agreement and its data processing terms.
Information We Collect
Information you provide. When you complete a form, request a demonstration, subscribe to updates, apply for a position, or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you submit. This typically includes your name, business email address, company name, job title, and the contents of your message.
Information collected automatically. Our web hosting provider generates standard server logs when you visit the Site. These logs may include your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, referring URL, pages requested, and dates and times of access. We use this information to operate and secure the Site. We do not use third-party analytics or advertising services on the Site.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. The Site is intended for business use.
How We Use Information
We use personal information to:
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site
- Respond to inquiries and provide requested information
- Send marketing and product communications where permitted by law, from which you may unsubscribe at any time

All visitors. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and may opt out of marketing communications at any time, by emailing privacy@homefield.so or by using the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
California residents. Subject to the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended, you may have the right to know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; to access and obtain a copy of that information; to request correction of inaccurate information; to request deletion; and not to receive discriminatory treatment for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law. To exercise a right, email privacy@homefield.so. We will verify your request before responding, which may require confirming control of the email address associated with the information.
Residents of the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom. Where applicable data protection law grants them, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time.
